The National Transport Museum
The National Transport Museum is located in the former farmyard attached to the castle.It is run and owned by the Transport Museum Society a group of volunteers who are dedicated to conserving this part of Ireland’s heritage.
It is Ireland’s only comprehensive assembly of public service and commercial road transport. The exhibits include the last tram to run on the hill of Howth in 1959.
